Religious ceremony in Provence

Bonjour! My name is Liliya, unfortunately I don't speak French but I need help( We are planning to get married this summer, approx in June and we are looking for the church or chapel where we can organize our religious ceremony. We both live in UK, my fiance is half British, half French (baptized) and I am Russian (not baptized). We are looking for a church and a priest who will be ready to marry us. Do you know some churches and priests in Provence who already married couples if one of them was not baptized? Merci beaucoup!
